Emergency Shut-off Valve has a shear sump, which can break and separate in the event of an accident, the valve seal components remain inside the tank to ensure perfect seals and safety, avoid spillage. The emergency foot valve flange is installed on the tank shell and the poppet is inside the tank truck, which meets NTTC DOT406 safety standard.
